Lemon Coconut Bowls

Energy Balls

These easy energy balls are the perfect snack for everyone strict with their diet.

  • Ingredients:
  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 100g liquid honey ? 
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • Decoration:
  • Shredded coconut

Combine all ingredients together, using wet hands. Roll the dough into balls and then roll in shredded coconut. Store in the fridge!
