As technology continues to improve, the future of fitness is becoming more and more discussed. Virtual reality has recently captured everyone’s attention, causing different reactions from around the world. It has even aroused concerns about how it will affect people’s health. However, there are studies supporting its potential benefits for loss of weight and other health benefits.

This article will focus on virtual reality fitness as an alternative way to work out without having to leave your house or spend hours at the gym because you can easily use your computer/console/smartphone with VR Gear.
