Brazil Nut Energy Balls

Coconut Energy Balls

I’m a huge fan of healthy snacks!?

These delicious energy balls are super easy to make and can be prepared in minutes!

  • Ingredients:
  • 150g brazil nuts 
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 200g pitted dates
  • For rolling:
  • Shredded coconut

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until well combined. Roll the dough into balls and then roll in shredded coconut (optional).
