Stretching is a set of fitness exercises having many health benefits.

Stretching exersices remove the stiffness from the muscles and introduce flexibility. This goes a long way in improving the overall posture of the body. Stiff muscles in the body can cause poor posture.

Regular stretching exercises help the body parts to move to their maximum range. This ensures there is no pain or soreness when you have to stretch limbs and joints. In other words, stretching helps the body free up from inertia and loss of range of movement.

How to Start: Warm-Up
